  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser user-agent, and device type for security auditing, rate-limiting, and error diagnosis.
  • Essential Cookies: Authentication tokens (such as session cookies) required to keep you securely logged into your dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • Delivering feedback items to your FeedbackFast dashboard in real-time.
  • Processing customer feedback analytics and generating aggregate widget metrics.
